I have worked with several RE agents in my lifetime, and the level of service I've received from Yvonne Lee, was far superior to any other. She is relentless in her work habits. She would text me at 8am or 9pm just to keep me updated. She understands how important every detail is to a client, and wants them to be aware. Don't know when she finds the time to sleep. She had two other listings at the same time, and I never felt that I wasn't her first priority.
She has a great compassion, for people and understands peoples concerns.
I don't know how a person can be so sweet, and yet so tough in the business world.

Absolutely fantastic, both professionally and individually.
I tasked Yvonne with selling my townhouse in CA after I had already moved back to TX. My house was nowhere near ready to sell yet either. Over the course of 3 months, she helped me find, and manage, contractors to repaint/repair the walls, re-flooring new carpet, refinishing bathtubs, fixing a clogged AC unit, repairing balcony water damage, and general cleaning and even junk removal.
Having worked and lived herself in WC, she was able to recommended companies and people that she had personally used and could vouch for.
We had weekly updates and calls to make sure both of us were on track (which really just meant her asking me what I wanted to do and she doing it.) She scheduled multiple Open Houses and walk-through. She gave me her opinions on the potential buyers, and finally, advice on contract negotiations (pricing and terms) and daily communication from closing until I had the money in my bank.
Throughout the entire process, Yvonne provided options and suggestions, but always left the ultimate decision to me.
Would I ever sell another house when I've already moved cross-country? Sure, as long as Yvonne can be my realtor.
